Yogi co-founded XMS Capital Partners in 2006 with Ted Brombach. In addition to his management responsibilities, he leads the firm’s work in life sciences, tools and diagnostics.
His notable assignments include advising Exact Sciences on its $2.8 billion acquisition of Genomic Health and Edwards Lifesciences on its acquisition of publicly traded CasMed. He also led the sale of family-owned lighting manufacturer Focal Point to Legrand.
Before XMS, Yogi spent 17 years at Morgan Stanley, where he led the corporate finance execution practice in the Midwest and executed tens of billions of dollars of equity, convertible and high-yield financings.
