Jon has advised XMS clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic and financial advisory assignments.
He leads the firm’s coverage of the IT asset lifecycle ecosystem, including IT asset disposition, circular-economy services and digital infrastructure services. He also works broadly across industrial, technology and business services sectors.
Before XMS, Jon worked in PwC’s Corporate Finance practice in Chicago and in the Valuation and Financial Opinion Group at Stout.
