Scott joined XMS Capital Partners in 2009 after a 17-year career at Morgan Stanley, where he rose from analyst to Managing Director.
At XMS, Scott has advised clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and public and private company sale transactions across industrial technology, business and industrial services, aftermarket, transportation, healthcare and technology.
Scott previously led Industrial Investment Banking for Morgan Stanley in the Midwest and worked extensively with private equity firms and their portfolio companies while based in New York and Chicago.
